I build software and live in the mountains.

I'm Lorenzo — founder of Alpine Code, currently heads-down building Kyuda. I also do engineering work at Frontiers. Been writing code since I was a kid and haven't really stopped.

Alpine Code is where I help companies cut through complexity — enterprise architecture, AI integrations, automation. The kind of work that makes you realize most software problems are really just communication problems in disguise.

Kyuda is what keeps me up at night (the good kind). AI-native, moving fast, and I can't say much more yet.

I live off-grid in the Swiss Alps. Solar panels, Starlink, a Turing RK1, and a mountain hut I've been renovating for years. No commute. Very good espresso. When I'm not at a keyboard you'll find me on a climb, on a bike, or underwater.
